The Bamboo contains Calibre BAD5600 manually wound mechanical movement with a Swiss tourbillon-type lever escapement. This movement is distinctive because of the shape and material of its bridges, which are made of aluminium and lithium and entirely hand-engraved.
They resemble bamboo scaffolding, and are as spare as possible so as to make a super-light movement. The plate and the various gears of this movement are made from blackened gold.
