An exceptional five-year guarantee
Badollet is intent on establishing itself in the long term and is thus proud to offer an exceptional international guarantee of five years from the date of purchase.
During these five years, three inspection and maintenance services are proposed.
For watch inspections, Badollet will come and collect the watch from the customer. The mechanism is checked and, if necessary, serviced; the bracelet or strap is replaced and the watch-case rejuvenated.

A temporary replacement watch
During the brief period of time that your watch is in the expert hands of the Badollet watchmakers, a replacement luxury timepiece equipped with a high-end, Manufacture movement is available for the owner to borrow.

Continually striving to offer personalised services, all Badollet Instruments of Time can be delivered in person anywhere in the world, should the purchaser so desire.

When your timepiece requires maintenance, Badollet will collect the watch and then return it to your home address.

A special telephone hotline is available to each client upon acquisition of their Time-Keeping Instrument for assistance and information regarding their timepiece and its use. This hotline, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, also responds to the most diverse client requirements, as would the conciergerie of a palace.

A DIRECT LINE OF COMMUNICATION
The Badollet After-Sales department aims to provide an efficient and personalised service, informing the client regularly on the progression of repairs or maintenance to their Time-Keeping Instrument. More generally, a whole range of means are used to create a direct flow of communication between the owner of a Badollet timepiece and the brand: telephone, email, website…all methods of communication are available to the client to provide answers to their queries.

OF EXCLUSIVE TIMEPIECES
Each Badollet Time-Keeping Instrument has a production run of very small quantities and comes with a palette of customizable elements, providing the opportunity to render each timepiece absolutely unique.

The Badollet client has a personalized page giving access to information regarding their timepiece and the progression of repairs or maintenance; the client may also contact a Badollet representative.
